Hermine coordinates release preparation and digital delivery for Halvanat Music Collective. It brings release data, audio and artwork through a clear internal review before delivery to selected distribution partners and platforms.

01 / RESPONSIBILITY

One release operations team

Hermine manages the practical distribution workflow for the label's releases: intake, metadata preparation, asset checks, delivery scheduling, platform follow-up and corrections. A release is submitted only after required approvals and rights documentation are recorded.

02 / ACCOUNTABILITY

Release records are traceable

Each release record should show its status, responsible staff, change history, delivery target and any outstanding approvals. Hermine does not acquire copyright merely by distributing a release. Rights ownership and permissions are determined by the documents held by HIPC and the applicable artist agreements.

RELEASE WORKFLOW

Prepared, checked, delivered

Artist or label team submits final audio, artwork, credits and release metadata.
Hermine checks technical requirements, completeness, credits and delivery timing.
HIPC's rights file and required artist approvals are checked before delivery.
Authorized staff approve the final package; Hermine submits it to the distribution partner.
After delivery, staff monitor status, verify public metadata and record corrections.

RIGHTS / PERMISSIONS

Distribution is not ownership

Hermine acts within its distribution role and the authority recorded for each release. It may not license, monetize, modify or otherwise exploit rights beyond documented permissions. Requests to use catalog rights outside routine, approved distribution are referred to HIPC, which must authorize the use within its documented authority.

INTERNAL ACCESS

Release data is access-controlled

The internal portal is for authorized personnel only. Individual accounts and role levels govern viewing, editing, approval and administration. Changes to release records are logged. The staff portal requires Cloudflare Pages Functions and a bound D1 database to be configured before it can operate.
